Elastic, wind and water-proof, in part bi-colored (depending upon color setting)

High-closing collar with chin guard, lined with soft molleton
Attached storm hood, stowable into the collar and width smoothly adjustable with elastic cord and stoppers

Wrist cuff adjustable with Velcro
Two slash pockets with concealed zipper
