I am pleased with the results now that I know what to do. The instructions are of limited use. However once I had spent some time playing about I found that I could take advantage of its capabilities which I thought good for an old item. The more modern player recorders can get things done much quicker but I am happy with my Samsung BD-H8500M

I read mixed reviews about this box before purchasing it but having played around with it for a few days have found it to be an excellent product. You need a 3D tv to really appreciate all of the features and do check out where you want to put it as it's not a small unit.

I can switch it off by brushing against it in passing. My skirt can switch it off. I have not tried the USB copier yet. I have programs in the memory waiting to be saved to a USB stick. This is for my own use as I like to watch some things more than once. I am not sure how much I can save. It looks good. Would I buy this again no.

Postage was good packed well received in good time, found it a bit difficult to operate in the beginning because there were no instructions but to be fair it was stated there were none , if your patient an work through it it's no problem it's self explanatory, it basically sets it self up ,but overall if you want a absolute bargain look no further the quality is excellent, picture first class an easy to operate, (what a bargain )well pleased. This a great combo if you have blu-ray discs and want the capability of recording tv programmes. The only downside is that timeshift function actually need to be activated every time before you could use rewind, as it is *not* automatic like in most set top boxes that tv providers supply.
