Purchased a cd/dvd head cleaner. Item arrived yesterday 20th Jan. Immediately took disc and placed into my cd players, disc not recognised in neither. Then placed into dvd player..a Chinese kung fu film played. I took pics of disc and packing and pics off of tv showing what was on disc. I contacted the seller, I have had no reply. They are clearly selling dodgy items. Absolute ripoff. I would like a full refund.
