I said i would replace but on holiday at the moment so customer wanted a full refund without returning I take great care in sending out my frames and polish and pack myself and have always had excellent customer service and 100% happy customers The fact that i am on holiday and can not replace straight away and can not refund with out a returned item is just not fair to have these comments written
