    Incorrect Handle Securing Screw

    Screw provided to secure tap lever has a smaller head than original fitted to redundant insert and holds tha tap lever less securely. Why does it need to be different from the original?

    Easy fit valve

    So simple to replace, with the right tools ready it took less than ten minutes to complete. I've always been wary of tackling any plumbing tasks, so pleased this turned out to be that easy.

    "Described as compatibly but would not entertain another purchase".

    The product as advertised appears to meet the specification exactly but once fitted it does not replicate the original cartridge in one aspect! The gap between the two parts of the Franke Zurich cold tap is wider than the original and find it most noticeable probably bought about by design differences between products!

    Does the job

    Great replacement part. Was slightly concerned as valve looked slightly different to the one I took out of my Zurich tap but it fitted and works perfectly.
