Over all the tv is good but smart seems to be a bit dated and picture is not the very best. But the tv at the price does give you a great tv at a low price. I would says for a small family who don't watch much tv or a 2nd t.v. it is great

The screen is good. It's not a 'proper' Panasonic TV, it's built by a Turkish company and licensed to Panasonic. It's another TV you wouldn't normally look at, with a Viera sticker on it. Panasonic are a good make, but not all their TVs are good. It's not a full 4K TV either. By that I mean the things you can actually watch on 4K are limited, even within the scope of what is available on other TVs. The software is poor, the smart functions are poor, it doesn't switch to the AV input when it's turned on, the picture is insipid until tweaked. It's a decent 'second' TV at best. As a primary TV however, get something else. I wish I had spent more money and bought an LG or a Samsung or a Sony.

When this 4k 3D led tv first came out it was aweful, not even being able to play the new 4k hevc x265 content even though it was advertised as future proof, even having a usb 3.0 port but only at 0.5 ma amperage which is useless, having software errors and even operation errors but then after a few firmware upgrades the tv has been topped up with features. now plays hevc x265 the latest 4k codec aswell as sporting the latest hdmi 2.0a port for 4k 60 fps resolution, its also good for 4k tv gaming with a 10 ms screen refresh input lag on gaming mode so the mouse is almost instantly responsive which is what you need for gaming. another fantastic thing about this 4k led tv is that its fully 3D active and which means you can watch movies in 3D even convert 2D movies into 3D and back the other way around. The tv dosent have HDR (High Dynamic Range) however it plays all HDR content. There is a Dynamic picture mode which pretty much makes movies look exactly like HDR enabled content does. A downside is the fact that the motion rate Hz is a bit too low only at 200 hz, the 200 hz motion rate is also compensated frame rate and its not actual 200 hz monitor same frame rate and is done by a picture motion processing engine so high quality fast moving pictures sometimes have visual artifacts showing or motion blur nevertheless it plays 4k 60 fps at acceptable motion rate which is what you need for gaming. The compensated 200 hz picture is still good but could be alot better. The TV plays all known video/audio file types except Dolby Digital Audio which is a shame but to be honest any cheap £10 4k tv box will provide and add all the smart features you could ever want from a 4k tv. Another awesome thing is that the screen maxes out at 4092 x 2160p super 4k resolution unlike most other 4k tvs which max out at 3180 x 2160p which makes this 4k tv truely future proof. This 4k tv also supports EPG or electronic programming guide. The sound is good with with also a surround sound mode.Read full review

Box was a bit deshevelled and had been previously opened, packaging was all intact, though on connection to the Sky Q system I wasn't overly impressed by the image quality compared to my old LG 37 inch model. The image looked ghosted an unsharpened, the image refresh rate was low and carried slight tails of the fast moving objects. Sorry, but I wasn't really smitten with it.
