After ordering, I was rather doubtful about the quality of this guitar, by reading some of the more negative reviews. However, after receiving my guitar, tuning it, and playing a few chords, I was impressed. The tuner was a big help, and worked like it should. Neck straight, frets even, beautiful finish, and good sound. I can't imagine why anyone would give this a negative review, unless they knew absolutely nothing about guitars, or music. Although I haven't tried the CD, the included booklet is more than enough for even the novice to understand. I will admit this is not a professional guitar, but for the money, it's a great guitar. The only drawback I can see is the gig-bag, which doesn't provide protection, only keeps off dust, so I'll buy a hard case, no problem. I've played guitar in the past, not so well, so this is perhaps a stepping stone to doing it right this time. It's a good guitar for the money.Read full review

Nice guitar. Tuner is a mini tuner, looks bigger in the picture. The book and CD are very helpful. Does not have a shoulder strap, but it really isn't needed in the beginning. Nice guitar cover for now, has a handle and two straps to wear like a backpack, will need a hard case later. Overall, a good purchase.
