I bought my original DSP-A1 nearly 20 years ago. Full of wonderful design features, the transformer alone is a work of art, the discrete components make the sound of this amp amazing and listening to a film in Dolby or DTS really is engaging. I have nursed my aging DSP-A1 over the years, but sadly this time the CPU died, but being so enamoured with this exquisite piece of sonic engineering, I would not consider anything else and bought another one on eBay. Listening to it now, I know I made right choice.
