I do professional karaoke shows and bought this as a backup to my Behringer mixer, after using it a couple of times my participants said they really like the sound better than the expensive Behringer. Since I bought my first unit , several of my friends have bought one. I ordered a second one just in case the first one dies , but I have had it for a year and use it many times a week and it has never had a problem. Knock on wood!!!

UPDATED 09/20/2019: I set my amp up last night for my show, as I was setting there tuning it up getting ready to start, the right speaker output didn't have an output signal as in no right speaker sound. Used the manual to troubleshoot the amp, don't know what happened it worked just fine last week. I returned it for a replacement or refund would rather have a replacement because this amp had awesome sound, now read what I wrote a couple weeks ago. Used the amp/ mixer at my karaoke show last Thursday night, lots of power, good all around sound, on music and voice. This is a refurbished amp, worth every penny I paid for it. My singers and non singers told me they loved the difference from my old worn out amp/ mixer. I used the Bluetooth feature to stream from YouTube. Works flawlessly.
