I am pleased that the gaskets fit my blender, and I expect them to not suffer the ... I am pleased that the gaskets fit my blender, and I expect them to not suffer the cracking problems that eventually ruined the original rubber gaskets. I would have increased my rating, if I had more confidence that these were safely made by a reputable manufacturer. The gaskets arrived loose in an envelope with no indication of where they were manufactured and by whom. Silicone curing often involves the use of metal catalysts like platinum, so I hope that whoever made these gaskets was certified to make articles to be used in contact with food. Although it has no effect on their performance, the gaskets had some irregular edges, again making me wonder whether they were manufactured by a company that expects to stand behind their product.
