All timber parts came split and wood chiping off,it's doesn't look good and hurt my hand,got splinter !! Brackets for legs came different shape,so swing isn't standing safe on ground,legs lifting off floor when kids play. Baby swing isn't safe, handle keeps coming up,doesn't lock properly.

This seller is untrustworthy. Yesterday he made discounts in all of his listings,even 80% off the original price.So, I thought it was a good chance to buy some that I wanted for my daughter. I purchased a swing set and a wooden playhouse and today this seller messaged me saying that he can't send my orders because the listings contain some errors. What an excuse, right? He sent me refund for the cheapest item only. I paid £273 and refunded the £31. Thanks to ebay I got a refund for the other too

Bike described as pink in colour on the listing. Arrived black and found that stickers were to be applied although they were not delivered. Was promised stickers would be delivered but never came, in the end I had to return the bike. Communication was very poor via eBay and calling the business to resolve.
