Unlike most specialist filters, this set is very reasonably priced. The pouch is also well made and genuinely useful. I have no way to evaluate the optical quality of the glass but I doubt that it matters a great deal for amateur IR photography. The IR restriction already does such weird things to the image that minor optical distortions (if they exist) are very unlikely to be noticed. My only slight complaint is the wavelength distribution chosen for the set: IR720 and IR760 are very close together, I would have preferred to have had IR680 in place of the IR720.
