I have been using my new Beko for about 2 weeks now and up to now it is very good the grill is just the right height also when you are toasting it is done evenly and quickly which helps on your Gas bills. the four burns are easy to light with the electronic ignition also the oven has a light so you can see how what you are cooking is getting on. when your cooker comes you have to assemble the grill to the stove which is not too difficult to do if you follow the manual that comes with your Beko cooker.

First of all, the cooker looks great. It has all the features i wanted, most importantly, the eye level grill. But, the title of this review explains a lot about this cookers manufacturer. On the day i paid for it i also contacted Beko for an lpg kit so i could use it. I'm still waiting for that kit after phoning several times and emailing via their website. The latter claimed a six hour response time to customers queries and i'm still waiting, my original email to them was the 11th October. I have received about five 'automated' replies, no phone calls, and no indication of when my lpg jets will arrive. So, in conclusion, my lovely new Beko high level grill cooker is quite simply....A nice ornament.

I ordered this cooker because an eye level grill, and oven off the floor suits my creaky knees and aching back. Nothing worse than continually having to bend to do the dinner. This cooker solves all that. It is easy to use, and has pan storage underneath. I rate it 10/10.
