Delighted with my purchase . Its the second time i have purchased a duvet off them , but this time i had a 10.5 tog for summer use . 100% down wraps around you far better than synthetic duvets . I prefer 100% instead of an 80/20% feather and down. Im fussy if i feel any feather stalks regarding how small , great product at a very good price , you realy dont need to go absolute top end , they wont be any better than what i purchased iff this seller . Dispatch was rapid , just 48 hours to arrive

Quality item as described - but experience was spoiled by Amazon Shipping tracking telling me it had been delivered late evening but nothing had arrived - then the package turned up the next day unannounced. Please take this up with this shocking outfit, as they have done the same thing before on other items. If they do not give you a satisfactory explanation, I suggest you change your shippers.
