My wife and I bought this to cook chips for the family in a more healthy way,we were impressed when it arrived,all the cooking shelves and baskets etc,we tried it with two different sorts of potatoes,they didn't cook up well at all,burning at the edges,not crisping properly,the other problem of all was cooking enough chips for four,even modest portions,the baskets don't allow for many chips and you are supposed to leave space between them,one of the reasons we bought this item was it's good capacity,another waste of money as far as i'm concerned,which is a shame...
