Does exactly what It says it will - amplifies the sound - my elderly Mum Is thrilled with it. Gave it 4 stars as it's quite heavy on the batteries - remember to switch it off when not in use! Otherwise great little product at a great price.

They look good quality and fit in ear ok but I can,t comment on operation of the product as they are not suitable for my hearing loss. I was unable to hear anything with them.It is not the fault of the product.

The small plastic pieces which go into the ear do not fit tightly onto the aid,so they can stay in the ear when removing the aid,mine did,took the wife awhile to remove it. The instructions state that the plastic pieces should be inserted deeply in the ear,which explains why they can be difficult to remove if they become detached from the aid. This has put me off using the aid. Take care if purchasing one of these.
