I recently bought an iPod for my wife unfortunately me being a tech dinosaur I couldn’t get it to work, so I contacted Phil and told him of my problem. Phil has bent over backwards to help me to the extent of changing the iPod for a different player (a Samsung) which I can operate. It works fine but the battery runs out very quickly and doesn’t seem to hold the charge even when not being used. Obviously a very old and well used iPod now on its last legs.

The iPod nano 7th Generation is a nice little iPod. The style and design of the iPod is nice, the iPods light weight and easy to use with one hand on the move. The pedometer feature is a creative touch to the iPod and can be left on for any given set of time. The only problem I faced occasionally was that I could swipe across to go back on the first swipe it sometimes took several swipes but this may be because i'm left handed. Be careful with the screen as it is quite large in comparison to the iPod and is easy to scratch or break. I recommend getting a case and a screen cover for the iPod. I bought the product as I needed somewhere to store my music after my iPod classic broke. This model is really good, i thought 16gb wouldn't be enough after being use to the 80gb classic but making a playlist of a few selected songs that I enjoyed the most was easy as 16gb is more than enough. Amazing little product, not an Apple fan but since they no longer make the nano it makes sense to buy while they are still available. I find that I can get over 2200 songs from iTunes on this little device plus you have a good quality fm radio, step counter, and access to video clips although it is very small to watch on. This is my third ipod nano, I can't fault them.
