This printer continually keeps dropping the connection between desktop terminals after 1 scan or copy and needs to be reset every time. Not recommended at whatsoever. I have had HP 7500 printers for years and no bother until we wore them out. This is the second 7612 printer we have installed in the matter of weeks and both the same. This machine is seriously bad in a network situation. .

The instructions that came with the printer were not in English and the driver seemed to work initially but the printer cartridges were not docking properly and I kept getting a paper jam message. However, I downloaded the latest driver and now everything is working perfectly. Good machine and a great price - once I got it working.
