    Easily understandable, well wriiten book on diabetes

    this is an= really well written book. I bought it for a diabetic friend and he finds it absolutely brilliant for his needs and the information he get from it, as well as being able to use the really mouthwatering and healthy recipes. In fact he says that this is the only book he will ever need to control his diabetes.
