Really great price and usual Shimano high quality. I have not used the item on the bank yet but I have loaded the reel with 10lb line ready for our first trip on Thursday and it just ooze’s smooth running and precision engineering.

Excellent quality reel.
I've had a pair of the St 4000s for a couple of years now and they've never let me down so when I needed a new pair of bigger reels for my piking needs I had no problem in deciding on a pair of St 6000s. Once again the same Shimano quality at a give away price. If I had one grumble about the 6000s it would be the weight, they are a little on the heavy side.

Bought to replace a pair of much loved but completely knackered GT3500 Aero baitrunners after 20 years+ service. If these are the latest BUDGET Mid-size Shimano Baitrunners I'd love to own their top end stuff. The ST6000RB is very well built from quality materials (XT-7) and are very, very smooth - exactly as you would come expect from any Shimano reel. I simply cannot fault them for the price. The clutch is very smooth and precise with no snatching, bail arm trip is very positive, line roller works smoothly and there is absolutely no backlash in anti-reverse whatsoever.
