Great Picture. Decent sound quality. Records TV programmes onto any USB drive in very good quality! Wi-Fi is easy to setup and use. Easy to use, but let down by a few quirks with the firmware. For instance: There is no page up/down on the TV guide. Nearly always crashes after watching pics or video from the USB. Often crashes after using the NET+ service. Very slow loading iplayer, and often crashes while trying to do so. You can only record progs you are actually watching to a USB drive - ie you can't watch another prog at the same time, or turn the TV off & set it to record. Progs recorded on the USB won't play on a PC with VLC even though they are .ts files. So far I haven't found a way to delete things from the USB drive. Zoom function doesn't work with text or the TV guide - which is mostly when it is needed (by my elderly mother) I assume that the above reasons are why Tesco seem to have so many of these as customer returns, and if I had paid full price, then I probably would have returned it too - but for the price, it's a great TV, especially if you don't use the smart functions very frequently or you have the patience of a saint.Read full review
