I got these with a little trepidation as I couldn't imagine how good they could be at this price. However, they outperform the expensive (circular) ones you find in most places, in almost every way. They're easier to apply, easier to remove cleanly and clearly work better - we had no-one flashing us in France with these, whereas with the other types we always had a few (and yes, they were fitted correctly). Also, it looks to me as though more light actually gets out with these as they do more redirecting light than simply blocking it. Read the instructions carefully - you have to remove the backing paper (the brown stuff) from the *centre* triangle of the converter, as well as from around the outside and this was not immediately obvious to me. I'm ordering more of them as we are now making frequent trips across The Channel.Read full review

I bought for a trip to France and applied following the instructions to the letter, in particular ensuring the headlights were clean and dry. One 'lens' fell off before we got to our first stop in France, the car was one a trailer being towed behind our motorhome. Fortunately, I'd noticed it wasn't secure at the tunnel and, even after attempting to press it down, suspecting it would come of, invested in a set of AA deflectors. I had bought two pairs of the (supposed) wonder deflectors, so tried again. I noticed the other one wasn't secure, so replaced that as well, having again cleaned the headlights. The second pair seem more secure but I'm not hopeful they will stay in place. I fully expect to need to use the AA set I bought just in case. I recommend others avoid these wonder deflectors and stick to the proven AA ones. Read full review

These beam deflectors looked good, and the description seemed very good. The product, however, is awful. I applied these before a European trip, in the recommended manner. After a few days abroad, one fell off! A couple of weeks later, the other one did, too! I thought I must have applied them wrong, but close inspection showed that the glue and the plastic substrate was still (very) firmly attached to the lens. It was just the bit that actually did the deflecting that had fallen off. The clear indication is, therefore, that the product is not well put together, or not well thought out. The glue to the lens seems fine, but if the deflector can fall off the glue tape, the whole thing is pretty useless, and potentially dangerous, as you may be dazzling oncoming motorists without knowing it. I would have to recommend avoiding this product.Read full review

Had a short term work contract in the Netherlands. Was driving in the dark most of the time. The headlight deflectors were easy to fix, and remove, and worked very well. Did not dazzle on coming drivers. An absolute must when driving in Europe, and cheap enough as they are a once use product.

These deflectors do just that - they deflect the beam with only a small loss of headlight power. Most headlight converters mask the beam direction, these divert the beam so that you still get the necessary illumination for foreign roads. I used this brand for the first time in 2016 and I was so pleased that I had no hesitation in purchasing he same product from the same supplier this year. In fact I bought 2 sets so that I am organised for this year's trip into Europe.
