Where can I start? Item absolutely no way looks like the item on the listing. Product description is incredibly misleading. Described as "designer" and "luxurious" when it's nothing more than a cheap bit of tat. Obviously, out of fairness reached out to the seller for support in returning the item as wasn't as described and got zero response. Now £55 out of pocket and feeling totally ripped off.

You emailed over a weekend when we weren't in we did respond to you as soon as we were back in work and advised how to obtain a pre paid returns label and refunded you? How is that zero response and you being out of pocket you received a full refund?
