I needed a phone that was cheap, easy to type on, secure with a long battery life and changeable battery. The Blackberry 8300 cost me £15, the battery lasts 3 days, it has a keyboard, a 3.5mm headphone jack, expandable storage, a secure OS and an easy to swap battery. I would have to spend lots more to get that in Android and most of the Apple range doesn't even have those features.Android and Apple both snoop on you. It doesn't support WIFI or GPS, this means its is not an easy phone to track and Blackberry OS is difficult to break into.

I bought this phone initially for my granddaughter but found it so good to use I kept it myself, and got her another one.The blackberry must be one of the best and easiest phones on the market and far outstrips any other phone I have used, I would recommend it to anyone as the new ones do almost everything except make the coffee.
I'm impatient cos it was like 2 days late, but my word £3.20p and OMG it works fine, it was boxed with charger and umpteen other accessories! I wouldn't have parted with that bundle for that price, I know its old and the memory card slots dicky, but you've got EVERYTHING! Plus it worked perfect as I had a spare battery, so thats all it took! Thank you guys, almost feel I've robbed you. Unfortunately, as you may notice, I bought an identical one (not for £3, or anything like! So thats going on eBay, its not quite as good as yours, but pretty much same) Okies, well thank you V. much, you're stars A++ Annika
