I ordered this as a secret Santa present and was initially sent the wrong one. Now whilst a lot of companies make it difficult to process a return or a refund or anything, these guys don’t. They replied quickly and advised me that they’ll refund my original order so I could order the correct one again and keep the incorrect one! Dispatch time is rapid and the packaging is brilliant!
