    Perfect coals!

    I have used this Hog Roast Fuel briquettes for the past 3 years and I literally wouldn't use anyth else! It lasts FOR EVER! Super clean heat and even distribution of cooking heat. It lasts a lifetime too so great for low and slow cooking or cooking indirect. I did a 8 hour bbq the other week and had to add coal to the bbq once! Worth the money 1000%

    Doesn’t burn

    Very poor quality coal. I thought I was buying a premium product. I bbq al the time on Webber bbq and Webber smokers and never ever have I not been able to get the coal going. I used a chimney starter with fire lighters and even had to stray the coals with fluid several times before they started to whiten. When put in the bbq they lost heat quickly and went out needing several blast of liquid again. Very dissapointed in these.

    Great quality fuel

    I ordered these briquettes for my BBQ and smoker with some trepidation as I had read mixed reviews of them online. However, I needn’t have worried as it is excellent quality charcoal, and definitely an upgrade from the supermarket own brand that I would normally buy outside of lockdown. I lit the BBQ with plenty of firefighters (kindly provided as part of my order for free). The coals took a little longer than normal to turn white compared to supermarket briquettes, but they hold their heat extraordinarily well. I’m delighted with them and as soon as I’ve got through my 20 kilos (!) I’ll order some more.

    Quality long lasting charcoal.

    Quality, long lasting charcoal, will keep burning for hours, and gets really hot, however it takes longer to reach the correct cooking temperature, which is fine as long as you remember .I only use this charcoal now, all others disappoint after using this fabulous charcoal.Fantastic for events and parties as well as family bbq's

    Bags are underweight

    2 x 10kg bags arrived at the same time as 2xweber 8kg bags Arrived. Weber bags felt heavier so I weighed them to find this product was in fact a rip off and the bags are 25% underweight In use, the coals are burnt out in under 1 hour. Absolute rubbish, Weber coals last 4 hours in my smoker. These barely heated it up before they were burnt out
