    Good but doesn’t protect surface underneath

    Pros: large size, makes ironing easy Cons: transmits the steam and heat to the table underneath if used alone and doesn’t protect it. So have to use multiple layers underneath. Probably perfect for heat resistant surface.

    This is not thermal resistant

    I’m really disappointed with this product as it is clearly not thermal resistant & on first use caused the work surface to blister ! On closer inspection it’s two layers one of cotton fabric & the other being fleece type material. It looks nice but is not fit for purpose!

    Ironing mat

    Tried to iron with it on my kitchen top where I a,ways do my ironing and it took the colour out of my unit and left it with a pool of water I have had an ironing mat for years and it never did any of those things so I do not rate this one at all

    This is a very useful ironing pad

    I do a lot of sewing,dressmaking & this ironing pad is so useful as I don't need to get the ironing board out every time I need to press seams open, wether I'm making a dress or doing a quilt thank you, & the price was very good & resonable. Shawna
