Although Worx provides free spools for life, they do charge a significant shipping and handling charge. They also charge close to $13 for the plastic cover which holds the spools in place. Ordering here turned out to be cheaper than getting it free from Worx. These were shipped very quickly and allowed me to continue a large cleanup of my yard. I'll order from here again when I run out. By the way these are the same exact spools supplied by Worx, not some kind of knock off or cheap imitation.

This is a good value if you would like to have spare spools and a spool cover. However, the line is a smaller, thinner line than the original that breaks off and wears down fast. The best thing to do is to buy a reel of the original diameter string and discard the line on the spools, replace it with the thicker line. Then you have spares of high quality replacement spools. This is the only way I would recommend this product.
