The Hummingbird Bakery cookbook had been recommended to me by various friends, therefore I felt compelled to buy it. I'm pleased to say I haven't been disappointed after trying out a couple of the recipes already. I'm an amateur cook however have found the recipes are delivered in a very simple way which is not only easy to understand but makes the cupcakes enjoyable to make.

Some reviewers haven't liked this book but I love it. I bought it for my daughter for her birthday with all the necessary to make brownies so she doesn't keep taking my things now she has her own home. Brownies delicious (did use a brownie pan, not the large size mentioned). The carrot cake is delicious.
