Well made, excellent battery life in part due to being able to turn up or down the power when required. The zoom/focus is probably the most useful thing about it so you can light up a large area just in front of you and then easily change the focus of the beam on to a small area to be able to see further away. I’d imagine the red light on the back is great for walking or cycling at night but my use is just for work. The battery can be put on your belt if you don’t like the bulky lump on the back of your head but I’ve not found it a problem at all even though I thought I would do. It’s plenty of money but if you want the features it has then I’d say look no further and get it bought.

Fantastic lamp and VERY POWERFUL. I had it from a present from my girlfriend for use when fishing. as i fish in some very dangerous rocky ares i need a powerful torch to see my way around in the middle of the night. This is the best around. i love the fact it is recharegeable with a good battery life and can also use AA batteries if for any reason the supplied battery goes flat. no more buying expensive batteries every time i go fishing

I bought this head torch for dog walking and general use around the home/work. It is of excellent quality and well put together. The amount of features surprised me and there are far more than I will ever need or even use but it’s handy that they are there. Second I have had, the last one failed 2 months out of the 5 year warranty (arrghhj). Well made but take care with the usb charging port, mine broke away and there seems to no repair option New one a little improved on battery life and if you register it the warranty is upped to 7 years, I did register this one!
