Sadly this product promised a great clean and made no visible difference to my patio. After mixing at 1:4 on the first coat. A second coat of the mix simply used up the remainder. My advice to perspective purchasers would be DONT.

Happy with the price of this compared with the similar named stuff from a well known brand . It has killed all the green covering on my fence panels after a week . How long it lasts I do not know but it looks good at the moment !

I have had repeated problems with algae and moss on my Tarmac drive, block paved patio, resin and stone ornaments and wooden fence for years. In the past I have spent a lot of time (and water) using a pressure washer to clean it off. It has worked temporarily but there is a lot of cleaner up splatter and mess afterwards and also there is always a risk of blasting out too much sand in the patio or causing small stones to come adrift in the Tarmac. I will never try any other method or product since using Jarder Spray & Leave. The results became apparent within one day and have continued to improve to the point where everything is completely clear after 4 days. I just used a watering can except fr the horizontals on the fence where I used a brush. This is a fantastic product at a very good price. Very satisfied customer.Read full review

Simply dilute in a sprayer or watering can,sprinkle over te affected areas and leave for 48-72hrs and you will notice a difference,no power washing required although for heavily mounded areas it could be recommended. Overall an excellent good value product.
