This is a great product and I've been wanting something like this for a long time and I'm glad I picked this brand. It has been great cooking breakfast on it of a morning, I had a mixed grill on it as well and I'm sure it tastes a lot better then if I was to pan fry it. Very easy to clean then back on the hob to dry and once dried a small amount of butter rubbed into it and done.

Only problem was it wasn't suitable for my induction hob, due to being reversible. There was no flat surface apart from the thin rim around the perimeter of either side that made contact with the surface of the hob, so it wasn't detected. The description states that it is suitable for all hobs, I didn't find this to be the case so beware if you are buying this for use on an induction hob. Apart from that it appeared to be good quality and good value.

This is a brilliant piece of kit to add to your kitchen equipment. Love the double sided feature & it was one of the reasons we bought this particular one. Easy to use & clean & can be re-coated if/when it starts to rust. I used to work in a professional kitchen & we always washed & cleaned the Griddle cookers then grabbed a clean cloth/kitchen roll, put cooking oil on it & wiped them over to keep them well maintained & I do the same with our Griddle plate to preserve & prolong it's use. Love Savitsto Products & this was no exception!

This is very good quality, nice weight non-stick griddle pan. Great to use on the BBQ or hob but won't fit into the oven. Instructions do say to season it by rubbing oil on and placing it into a hot oven for some 40 minutes or so but it won't fit. I am sure the BBQ or hob will do the job nicely unless someone else has a better idea. I would recommend this item and the quality seems very long lasting.

If you want really non stick buy tefal! I like it I can make double as much as I can with regular stuff. Make sure you use a bit of oil or butter before using and clean it when it's still warm, or re heat it and use hot water!
