Robust & User Friendly
Bought this on the strength of reviews by Auto Express, and for the money this seems well made and practical. Straightforward to put on and take off, doesn't affix so tightly that it would damage the steering wheel. Easy storage in the foot well behind the passenger/driver seat, and the rubber handle on it makes for safer manoeuvring near side windows.

Interesting purchase this ... I bought it to replace a very similar one that I have used for years (and I do mean years!) which finally failed due to the spring, that pushed the latch into the notches on the bar, breaking in two due to fatigue. That device was called a "Rambo" (anyone remember them?) and I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't made by the same company as many features were the same... except the new one is more tamper-proof. Out of curiosity, I took the old one apart (how I found out what had broken...) and it's not that easy! I think that it would create quite a fuss to remove on the car and certainly delay a thief. Little deters a professional, but these things really do stop the opportunist, and as such this is quite good enough. My only problem was that I cannot fit it ... Interesting purchase this ... Very pleased with my purchase; pleased enough that I will probably buy another for my wife's car!
