This replaced an 2 GB card so now over one thousand pictures instead of three hundred, only been in a couple of weeks so far all good,no nasty surprises. I don't know about download speed have not taken any pictures off yet.

Seems to work fine in my Nikon D700 - I guess if you wanted to shoot RAW at 8 frames/sec with the 8 AA re-chargables holder in your MB-D10 battery grip, then you might want the faster version of the card (80 or 90 MB/sec?) Otherwise this seems good value. PS. there are stories about Lexar cards having probems so it's proably safest to go with SanDisk.
