I ordered this to take away with me in our motorhome. I must say, it was easy to set up (even with this old geriatric tech-no-phob). It is easy to connect to. It is good just having my own wifi while I am away. I would recommend this mifi to anyone thinking of something to just do while they are away from their normal internet connection.

Initially saw one on amazon but decided to buy one on eBay to guarantee the device is unlocked to all sims. Tried it out in Barbados and it works perfectly fine with a SIM card from Barbados (digicel) and I’ve been having WiFi on the beach and everywhere I go, perfect!

The EBay seller has been in realy good contact with me and the product came with its battery charged it came with a giffgaff sim card that came with £5 built in to the SIMcard and it works realy well I would repealed my phones hotshot with this

I bought this so I could connect my laptop to the internet whilst away from home; I wish I'd bought one before, as it has so far been exactly the solution I needed, and avoids having to rely on hotel or other third-party wifi which may or may not work, and is unlikely to have adequate security. It's a very neat little unit, easy to set up, and just works - indeed I am sending this review using it. Three sell a similar unit, but apparently only with a pay monthly contract - which isn't ideal if you only need mobile wifi for occasional use; buying this on eBay, and a Three "12GB valid for 12 months" data-only sim card is a much cheaper and more flexible solution.
