SO glad I got this! I originally purchased it in a panic over lack of TP availability, but quickly realized hygiene, comfort and septic system benefits also - I feel like I am helping the planet as well. Super easy to install - did it in 40 minutes from opening the box to having it fully functioning - and I am NOT a plumbing expert by any stretch (AKA, mom/teacher). Due to a minor surgery I had a few years ago that left some scar tissue, I've been interested in a bidet seat to help make sure everything is spic and span, so to speak. I was working on a remodel jobsite in NYC when I saw the plumber installing a swash unit. I did a litle investigation on my own and bought a dib2500 unit. I did the installation myself, which was fairly simple. My wife and I use the seat everyday and are very happy with it. We insisted that nearly every visitor to our house take it for a spin.
