The item arrived ahead of schedule, both bags were packed together in the manufacturers sealed bag, unfortunately on opening this one of the Travel bags had a manufacturing defect which could not be seen whilst inside the sealed bag. I contacted the seller immediately with a photo. Very quickly a reply came back apologising along with a full credit.
