It was errected yesterday afternoon and by this morning the kite has broken loose and disappeared. This was due to flimsy construction of fixing line/clip/ not able to withstand a wind speed of 20 mph contrary to instructions.

Had the kite up for one day and in very light winds the stainless steel pin detached itself and the kite took off from the roof not to be seen again. The company after having the kite one day refuses to accept any liability for the poor connection in manufacturing and no refund or replacement offered.
