I was told I would receive a call or text, an hour before the item was going to be delivered? This never happened? Then after the replacement (which looks different to advertised) arrived I book the plumber again, to find out the mounting kit is still incomplete. Was offered a partial refund which is of no use, as still have an unusable but very expensive kit at this point. But I didn’t decline it and haven’t actually received any refund at all.
