Left hand drill bits are great for drilling out broken bolts
Extractors break off in small to medium bolts and are brittle and hard to remove, with these you just drill out , retap if you must but lots of times you dont need to. these arent the best or sharpest bits but they are not bad for occaisonal use. you can drill a pilot hole with a quality rh bit and them step up to a left hand

No bueno bits..
Reverse drills somewhat require accuracy in drilling a centered hole to remove a broken bolt. Normally in detailed critical work, that require precision especially the size of this set which is very small, and looking with a microscope at these brand-new bits the tips aren't even close to being equal cutting edge length nor clearance angels are even close to being the same on each drill bit. One of the tips aren't even there, it was as if just before it completed the forge it was swiped away by another manufacturing device, as as if there's no quality control on the production line. I know they're cheap but it's kind of a serious thing.. I wouldn't even try these unless i didn't care about outcome.

Decent bits for a good price
I wanted left handed bits to drill out 4 broken exhaust studs. I received them remarkably quickly. They cut consistently in all 4 (I expected them to dull on the first one). I did end up breaking one of the small bits, but that was my fault from putting horizontal pressure on it. I would say I’d buy again, but I’m hoping they last a long time like a good tool should.

used these to remove busted bolt in head. i had to use every single one of these to remove that darn bolt. these dull fast so be prepared to sharpen them. But they worked very well . did i mention you had to sharpen them a lot. drill lil bit resharpen that was the way it went for me. maybe my bolt got hardened after a bit but i sure did have to sharpen the small bits a lot. the bigger ones were fine. bottom line i got that darn busted bolt out.
