Great item but if your thinking of buying one (which I would recommend) please remember it is wood which will have some imperfections as it is a natural material so it may need manipulating slightly sometimes to fit together correctly but this will be minimal. The Pergola kit as delivered looks to be very good quality and good value, with a very prompt delivery time. However, I won’t get to see it erected until later in the Spring so can’t comment yet on the overall finish.
I was however saddened and insulted by the rude, swearing and arrogant ‘jobs worth’ attitude of one of the delivery men, and subsequent response from his company.
