Second one I've bought, really good value but a little flimsy, last one I bought I got zero instruction on assembly. I've done massive racks of ribs, spatchcock chickens & they are all delicious and moist. You have a bottom burner, water tray with cooking rack in the middle and a top cooking rack. I used wood chips soaked in lager or water & a dash of bourbon, I have also filled the water tray up with cider and it works really well. Only downside is that it has not managed to do a full 5-6 hour cook without me needing to set the charcoal again after 2-3 hours. You can buy rubs and some are extortionate but I found some at home bargain for 90p!!! But the best one I've had is homemade, dried oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, dried coriander, paprika & cayenne pepper, give it a mix and rub it on!!! Make sure you bring it in over winter or it will rust!Read full review

I put this BBQ together and fired it up to have a feast with the family. I smelt burning and when I looked the paint was bubbling on the lid and when i went to lift the lid the handle had melted and came away in my hand. Dangerous, how can someone sell this product??

easy to assemble but beware of the sharp edges,, an make sure you get the right nuts and bolts for the feet,,, temp gauge that came with it works in a fashion,, i ended up buying a better one that reads properly it held temp for over four hours at 230deg f had to put foil round the top lip to keep the heat and smoke in all in all it does what it says on the tin its fine for what i use it for
