Good quality child's waterproof suit, prompt delivery. Size 13 jacket is good size for my 10yo boy, bit loose, but that is good for waterproofs. (It would probably be tight for 13yo considering the length of sleeves that are just good for 10yo). Trousers however would reach 10yo from ground to his chest, but waist is not too tight nor too lose (again, probably tight for 13yo). The long trousers can fit into his wellies with excess length flipped outside preventing from the rain pouring inside.
