Having used used a plastic one for some time which always felt like it would break if I pressed it too hard I was pleased to find this one which I have found to be robust and very easy to use. It also is very easy to remove the cutters for cleaning. I would highly recommend it.

First time i used it .it fell to bits.it wont cut a full size section of potato that can fit into it holder.you have to cut the potato into a smaller section first.then it will cut it properly. So only got the smaller mini fries cuttervsection left.cant find separate blades to buy anywhere on the net.so if we want bigger chips ill have to buy anpther full unit..

Broke on first use!! Blades came out but was unable to put them back in as they are sharp and fiddly and there are no instructions in the box on how to refit them, then tried the smaller blades and the same thing happened again!! Really annoyed with this chipper and so have binned it!! (£16.99 down the drain!) This product is also very flimsy (the metal frame). I `might` buy a better chipper (more industrial/commercial) or just use a knife as they are expensive and I only chip every now and again. My advice is to use a knife of buy a better chipper as this one is rubbish.

A TRULY AWFUL DEVICE!!! I saw mixed reviews on this product, the positive reviews must surely be in the employ of Andrew James. Its a very crude and cheaply constructed device. The blades pushed out on its first use, its a complete waste of money and not even slightly up to the job of its intended use. Don't waste your time or money, its a piece of cheap rubbish that is only worthy of the bin! I highly recommend NOT! to buy this product.😬
