Bought it in April and using since then. It's very easy to work with and it's able to cut even the wet and long grass! Did a nice cut 2 weeks ago and I can tell my garden looks the best in the neighborhood! I'm happy with my purchase so far! I use it adjusted to the lowest cutting height and usually give it a good pace when mowing. Also clear the grass pieces from the blade after each line I'm done with to avoid jam and pay attention not to leave branches or big heaps of soil when cutting. It can do fine on smaller heaps of soil if you don't have pebbles in it. After the wet grass I removed moisture to avoid any future problems. With the long grass it did not have problem, but as some buyers also told, the basket does not always collect the trimmed grass properly, so when cutting long grass I keep collecting manually during the process, this avoids jam. I have a 36' by 20' fully grassed garden and this time (with the wet and long) it took me about 30 minutes to cut and clean up. During summer time it takes much less. My husband can do it in less than 5 mins. Also the other thing that people mentioned: sometimes the basket can get loose, this is when you don't use the mower in the proper angle, if it is too upright or too flat when used, don't be surprised when the basket stays behind. Once it happened when my husband used it, the handle fall apart but then we adjusted the screws. I think it is cheap and does its job. Much better than initially expected; even my skeptic man is happy with it. :)Read full review

Easy to assemble, found it quite difficult to use handle kept falling off, basket kept detaching and it doesn’t really push through long grass that well without ripping up the grass and leaving muddy chunks. Other than that will be good to use on the front lawn that stays short and will be easy to maintain. The back garden however I will have to purchase another mower as it’s not suitable. Handy to have in the shed for quick use. Get a good work out whilst using also!

Very easy to assemble - solid construction, sharp blades. If you adjust the blades so they just touch the cutting bar but allow the blades to spin freely the mower cuts just great. It is fun cutting without power, petrol, cables, and you can do a quick mow for as long as you have time, just pickup and start mowing. It does get jammed on long grass or a lot of leaves, so bear that in mind when you push, it stops moving forward suddenly so keep a firm grip and never run with it. Just push the blades forward with your foot to unjam. With this mower you have no excuses for letting the grass grow too tall. Great exercise too, it really gets your heart rate up. Wear padded gloves to soften the steel handles. Collection bucket is great too, much better than the net type found on similar models. Can be used without it too for mulching the clippings, as I prefer. Will also pickup any already cut grass and leaves if you run over them. Buy yourself one now, you will not regret it.Read full review

The last question is not correct for this machine as it is push power . You must have a very level grass no bumps or hollows.

Brilliant. Never thought it would be as good as it is. I have a huge lawn and use a petrol mower but needed this to do an area of it witch is uneven . I have used this mower over the whole garden and it's great and environmental friendly.
