When I opened this tumble dryer out of its outer packaging I noticed the inside door seal was completely destroyed and the back foil looking piece looks like somebody has eaten it! The door also does not fix shut when I shut it to dry my clothes it is wobbling about everywhere when it is shut and I can actually see lots of steam escaping through the damaged front inner door seal so therefore my clothes are not actually drying! I have to put it on 3 times before it even dries and that is on the ready to wear setting! There are also marks all over the front of it - dents and scratches even though it had been wrapped in outer packaging. I am now left with a tumble dryer that does not work properly taking up space in my house and I am also minus £250. Very disappointed

I'm delighted with my new black dryer. It's easy to use & quiet & has a large capacity drum. The only negative comment is that large items if bedding need to be untangled a couple of times during drying or they end up in a tight ball.
