Best pillow I EVER slept on. The original "Side Sleeper" I bought from the TV ad a few months back was filled with little styrofoam pellets, which smashed down pretty quickly, leaving me with a flat beanbag--no support. This pillow has fiberfill and is nice and firm. It is just the right height for neck support and firm enough to keep my spine aligned. I LOVE this thing!

Overall, the pillow is of decent quality, especially for $20. I like the shape of it as it does keep me from wanting to lay in a weird, twisted position. However, the pillow is a bit too thin for me. It would be nice if they made a thicker size. I'm a 6'1" male and even though I don't have broad shoulders, I find my neck is kinked in a weird position to accommodate sleeping on this thin pillow. As a result, the pillow has no use to me.

I am very pleased with my J-shaped side sleeper pillows. The pillow fill is great. I'm not sure what it's made of but it retains it's shape and doesn't go flat. My previous side sleeper pillow was filled with plastic beads, I hated that pillow. This pillow is much better than my previous pillow. It even has a pillow cover that can be removed and washed when needed. I bought two (2) pillows because good pillows are hard to find. I am very happy with my purchase.
