Product looks good, would have preferred metal Crome as the silver coating on previous push button was starting to wear off, bad look.

The thick chrome collar confused me in the photo until I came to fit it and found that the collar as described is the part that secures it on the inside to the cistern lid. For some reason did not expect chrome finish on the inside of the tank. Result - quality part that was easy to fit and cheaper than buying a complete cistern pack.

This item is a component of the "Jolliflush" dual flush system used in the RAK toilet cisterns. It is a product of Wirquin Plastiques. The buttons and the collar that holds them in place are made of a very thin plastic, but it is the most used part of the system, and in my experience, breaks without warning. With only two people in the household, I have had to buy six replacements in seven years. Sometimes the collar cracks, sometimes a button snaps off. I permanently have a spare to hand. It's best quality is its cheapness, followed by ease of replacement. There is no alternative to this product if your system is the "Jolliflush".

Great product. Exact replacement. I refitted it carefully, screwed the back into place as far as fitting would allow and then the end was able to be be clicked onto cable holder relatively easily, just took a some gentle pressure to do this.

Little more expensive than the universal ones, and this is the second replacement I've had to buy. They are glued together plastic and seem to have an inbuilt lifespan, unlike the old lever and diaphragm units. Almost cheaper to buy a new syphon valve complete!
