Although giving 5 stars I found that pressure has to be put on the nib end to obtain the ink which then fluffs up the nib then and makes the pen unsuitable. I tried reversing the nib but due to the end that had expanded this was not possible. If the pen is required for wall tiles with a narrow groove all well and good but when using for floor tiles it becomes a hard task.

Get what you pay for. I bought three black pens and one of them was faulty. The other two the tips of the pen would get torn apart when running it over the grout continuously and you have to constantly shake and run the pen on paper to get any liquid out each time you do a tile. I went and bought proper grout which was so much easier.

Great Item it was for the grouting on my Bathroom floor which is Tiled, and the grout had become discoloured. Did the job in 30 minutes, if there is a small negative, the tip became frayed through use. But apart from this small problem I would order another tomorrow if needed...

So I ordered three of these 1st pen the end went really bushy at the end so difficult to use, the next pen I used was fine no problems at all and worked well on tiles the last pen I used did exactly same as first pen! Not sure if dodgy batch or something but now can’t use so have to buy another 🙄

This product is ok but when I turned on the shower it seems to run. This is obviously a problem as I have a black grouting pen on white tiles. So although it initially looks like a good idea, if it's going to run when you turn on the water then it's obviously not. If you're going to grout an area that doesn't have water on it then it's a great idea.
