Good value, and easy to install as it came with self screwing screws. Quality seems ok for the price paid. But not the strongest. I have purchased other more expensive brands which are of better quality and much stronger. Wish they supplied more spare keys like other brands.

Easy fit looks good
We live in a bungalow and in summer the bedroom gets excessively warm, we can only open the window a small amount on the safety lock which is not ideal. We feel uncomfortable leaving the window open any further as it would be an ideal entry point for a opportunist thief. This lock allows us to open the window more and yet feel secure that we would be disturbed if anybody tried to access the window. It's easy to unlock in case of fire, I have fitted two to one window top and bottom easy to fit. Amazing product took me less than five minutes to assemble it to the window frame very stable and comes with two pairs of keys which is great just if in case you will lose one of them Don’t need a drill just simply use a screwdriver to make a small holes to go in Thanks guys
